In January 2025, I visited Stanton, one of the most unspoiled villages in the Cotswolds, capturing its timeless beauty in the crisp winter light. With its golden limestone cottages, quiet lanes, and scenic countryside, Stanton offered a perfect setting for atmospheric photography. The low winter sun cast long shadows over the historic St. Michael and All Angels Church, while the frost-covered fields and distant views from the Cotswold Way created striking compositions. Despite the season’s chill, the village exuded warmth, making it an unforgettable location to document through the lens.
